Career Started

Born and raised in the vibrant city of Johannesburg, Linda Sibeko — widely recognized by his stage name uLinda — has established himself as a prominent disc jockey with an impressive career spanning over two decades.
His deep-rooted passion for music ignited at a young age, where he developed an appreciation for various genres. It was the infectious sound of house music that truly captured his attention in the late 1990s, leading to an enduring fascination with the art of DJing.
In 2001, while still navigating his high school years, Linda took his first significant step — immersing himself in the world of disc jockeying and beginning to build an extensive collection of vinyl records. This passion laid the groundwork for a career that would allow him to share his love for music with audiences far and wide.
Today, uLinda not only showcases his talents as a seasoned DJ but also serves as a dedicated DJ Lecturer at the DJ Christos Music Academy, imparting his extensive knowledge to the next generation of aspiring DJs. He previously held a position at the Soul Candi Institute of Music, further solidifying his commitment to nurturing new talent.
